Jeffrey M. Janeiro is the Managing Member of the Law Office of Jeffrey M. Janeiro, P.L. His practice focuses primarily on the areas of estate planning, elder law, including Medicaid and VA Benefits planning, guardianship, business succession planning, estate and trust administration, and taxation.

Jeffrey works with clients across the country, guiding them through the process of developing their estate plan using new and innovative estate, business, and tax planning strategies.

Jeffrey’s numerous planning techniques are based on long term goals that provide for both the client and their loved ones during all stages of their life. He is committed to providing comprehensive and personalized estate planning advice that satisfies his clients’ goals and objectives. Being the managing member of an established firm in the Naples and Ft Myers area, Jeffrey knows that an advisor’s stability, consistency, and non-transient nature are an essential part of any estate plan.

Jeffrey received his Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University, where he studied Estate and Gift, Trust, Corporate, Partnership, International, and Property Taxation. He attended The University of Toledo College of Law, where he graduated 3rd in his class and received the prestigious Mayors Proclamation for Academic Excellence. Jeffrey obtained his bachelor’s degree from Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. Jeffrey has received national recognition for his excellence in the areas of estate planning and taxation.

Jeffrey is a member of the American Bar Association: Wills, Trusts, and Estates, Taxation, and Real Property Probate and Trust Law Sections, the Pennsylvania State Bar Association, the Florida State Bar Association’s Real Property, Probate, and Trust, and Taxation Sections, the Collier County Bar Association, and the Lee County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in both Florida and Pennsylvania as well as before the U.S. Tax Court, and is an approved member of the Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund. His experiences have allowed him to work for several prominent law firms and corporations in Florida and across the country. Before entering into private practice, Jeffrey worked for the Honorable James G. Carr, United States District Court, 6th Circuit. Mr. Janeiro is also a Veterans Affairs accredited attorney (accreditation #29758)
