Mr. Oliver is an amazing attorney. Divorce can be a really scary time when you have no idea what to expect. Mr. Oliver explained everything to me in great detail. He's gone above and beyond to ensure we come to the best possible outcome in my divorce. New issues seem to arise daily within the dissolu...tion of my marriage; Mr. Oliver has not failed to address these issues promptly. He has been diligent in getting me time in front of the judge and filing everything the day I have it sent to him. I've had different issues stemming from my marriage and subsequently different lawyers. I've never been this impressed by any of them. I'll hire Jim to represent me in any subsequent family/civil matter I may come across. Seriously if you don't have a lawyer call this guy!

So I recently traded in my Lambo galllardo for the new Lambo Huracan. I went to the dealer here in NJ and I was going to order one, since they had exactly what I wanted and it was still the month of April I decided to take the deal now. I traded my car in early so that they can get it in the system... for the end of the month. I was told that I would have my car ready in a week. Well upon inspection I noticed that there was some damage to the paint surface. They said they believe it was the film ( chip guard) that I installed to protect the paint. Lets keep in mind that I had them wrap the whole car in clear film to protect the car from road hazards like chips from rocks and swirl marks etc. In good faith I said ok I didn't see the mark when I initially inspected the car so I figured it was the film and they said bring it back next week when film guy is here. I took the car had put less then 100 miles on the car when I brought it back for the white spot on the film. The car is jet black so it was very noticeable. Upon further inspection it was the paint according to the film guy. So the dealer said we will have this issue fixed no worries. I leave to go on business trip for 10 days. I get back and get a text from my salesman and says the spot looks great all gone. 10 min later get a phone call from service manager stating that the car was left outside of another dealer's place that addressed the white spot and the building next door was being spray painted so now my car plus 75 other cars had white paint dots everywhere. Needless to say I wasn't happy. Then I get well I could loose my job over this etc. Why cause even Lambo North America said the car should not of left the Lambo dealer to go to a complete other dealer. Next I get a phone call from insurance agent saying well we have to deal with you now cause it's your car. I said absolutely not. When someone drops a car at the dealer the dealer is now responsible for the car, not to mention the insurance isn't even my own it's the other dealers insurance company that had to take care of all the cars now including mine. So let me be clear they want me to dicuss options with the other dealers insurance company ! Not a chance. I make it clear that the only way I will accept this car is if I inspect it and there is no visible damage and I get a letter from the dealer and parent company stating that if by any chance this car shows up on car fax for this issue that it will not affect its value. If it does then my dealer needs to make it right and cover the difference and/or buy back the car at the market value as if there was no car fax. I get no problem just give us a chance. Long sorry short I tell them do not have the car ready and I am still waiting for the letter. Well what happens over a month yes over a month later the car is finally ready for inspection but no one seems to want to sign the letter. This is the point I said no more nice guy I called Mr. Oliver and explained the situation. He was alwasy at my disposal. Even when he was busy he still managed to get back to me in a timely fashion. Mr. Oliver even took the time to chat with me about options after work hours on his time when he could be with his family. We went over a few options and as soon as he spoke to my dealer that's when they started to sweat. I recieved a call from the manager saying please I could loose my job etc. l responded sorry it's over a month I have waited and the summer is half over. The point was for me to enjoy the car now, not in December. Also I'm hearing the I could loose my job again issue. I discussed all of this with Mr. Oliver and he made it clear what the best scenario was and we agreed to proceed forward. When push came to shove I was able to get the letter I wanted with some added service perks etc. All of which happened cause Mr. Oliver spoke to them and had them address the issues in a timely fashion. I can not thank him enough !

We had several different business disputes; some that became quite acrimonious and had become very difficult to resolve. Mr. Oliver resolved them quickly and efficiently to the mutual satisfaction of the parties. Going forward, he is the only attorney we will consider should we have another probl...em. In addition, we found him to be an honest and honorable person.
