QUIT CLAIM Process

Being a Connecticut resident , having just bought a house in Naples, I needed to Quit Claim my Naples house to my Trust. Atty Oliver discussed the process with me, advised me to make sure my Florida bank was clear about the process, consulted with my CT Trust Atty and cleared the paperwork for proper... filing through the bank in Florida . I was very pleased with all aspects of the transaction. Kudos to the office staff for their polite and professional communication to keep this process going . Thank you very much Jim

Blessed to have him on my team

I have hired Jim M Oliver on several real estate transactions and disputes. He has reviewed and drafted several agreements that were fairly complex. Other attorneys presented with the same issues faltered. He is brilliant, organized, tenacious and always available. When you speak to him he listens an...d always thinks outside the box to protect your interest. In short the man is an "animal". I'm am glad he's on my side. If you have any legal issues you need to retain him.
