Joshua D. Molandes

Mr. Molandes serves as the Managing Partner for the Southwest Florida offices of Anidjar and Levine. His practice consists of representing car crash, slip/trip and fall, and dog bite victims in Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Glades, and Hendry Counties. Mr. Molandes works out of the Fort Myers, Florida office of Anidjar and Levine in downtown Fort Myers. In 2020 and 2021, Mr. Molandes had multiple settlements and trial verdicts of over a million dollars. His focus is on trial preparation and presentation. He uses his medical and teaching background to educate local jurors about his client’s injuries and the impact those injuries have on their lives in order to achieve full reimbursement for the health that was taken from them in the incident.

Mr. Molandes and his family are originally from East Texas. There, he received his Bachelor of Science Degree, summa cum laude, in molecular genetics from Stephen F. Austin State University. Thereafter, he attended Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida and graduated in the top three of his class. He is a husband of over fifteen years and has four wonderful children.
