I hired Mr. Hooley to represent me in a civil court case. He advised mediation and was successful in negotiating very favorable terms on my behalf. A walking giant of intelligence, expertise and legal experience and I'm glad he was on MY side of the table. Highly recommend, YES!

Mr. Hooley was a wonderful lawyer visiting me in rehab to start the process. He was on top of everything from reviewing police records to finding the truck drivers alternative insurances. He would always make time for questions and was warm and compassionate. With the many injuries I had, he always said you worry about getting better - I'll worry about the rest.

John Hooley has been my attorney for over three years, working on a long, difficult case. I found him to be a skillful, diligent, professional attorney - at all times honest and forthright. I would recommend him without hesitation.

John Hooley defended me in a vexatious law suit. Throughout the proceedings he displayed his qualities of integrity, intelligence, knowledge, and a determination to fight for justice. He kept me informed and provided moral support during the inevitable set-backs. Towards the end, when the going was really tough, he went the extra mile and I shall forever be grateful to him for it. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone in need of a first class litigator.

I have worked with many lawyers in my real estate business and in my personal life. I am impressed with the integrety, knowledge, and determination that Mr Hooley demonstrated throughout the eight- month duration of my case. I intend to recommend Mr. Hooley and his efficient staff to my customers, friends, and family.

I hired this attorney and we dealt with a pro se litigant. It took SIX (6) YEARS to close out this case on how he allowed it to drag out so long. He's not trustworthy, He was not responsive to my needs, he is some what knowledgeable about the legal system, but did not do his homework before the trial to refresh his memory. He told me it was all about the paperwork alone and that alone would solve this case and he did want to review the background (details) of this case before it went to trial.
It was so bad during the trial, that he forgot all the pertinent details leading up to the trial. When it came to his closing arguments the judge denied him from speaking anymore. She said "She heard enough!"
