We were referred to David Jones by good friends who only give the best referrals. We thought we were only going to have our out of state Will updated. Most lawyers would update and charge plenty. David is so friendly, honest and accommodating. We loved the personal touch, that is what we were look...ing for. My husband had gone through a grueling estate plan for his dad. Our goal was to make it as easy for our family to handle our to estate as possible. David educated us and he "rewrote" our Deed to avoid Probate for our family and instructed us to prepare "payable on death" forms for easy distribution from our savings and investment accounts that would automatically be distributed to the heirs we appointed. You won't find a nicer, smarter, more honest lawyer than David. Oh yeah, very fair fee.
