I hired Attorney David Jones to create a “Trust” for my daughter and wife in the event of my untimely demise. I appreciate that his fees for services were highly competitive. Additionally, I had a roofing company breach of contract issue; specifically, the roofing company failed to complete its con...tract obligations and filed fraudulent claims of contractual work with the insurance company. The roofing company didn’t complete interior work of ceiling water mark damage in my house, and it didn’t use a metal ridge for the roof….instead they used an inferior plastic cheap product that wouldn’t last long in the hot Florida sun. I brought my concerns to the contracting roof manager who kept giving me the run-around and refusals to return my calls. I told the contracting manager, “ I can play more games than Milton Bradley.” Therefore, I got David involved because “contracts” are his specialty. The first approach was to go after the contractors license and the second approach was to send an official mailed letter and email to the company’s business or organizational address. After I got David involved, I had a reimbursed check within two-weeks. David is highly intelligent and approaches his business with integrity through the kens of his faith. David is a man of his word.

David, helped us with a builder that was not performing on his contractual obligations with a home warranty. He went up and beyond to get everything rectified in a timely fashion and even got us a check for out of pocket repairs without the need to go to court. I highly recommend!!
