The way a personal injury claim is handled by a law firm has a direct impact on the potential final outcome of the claim. Replied last February 06, 2018Thanks Diana. As you know, your case went longer than necessary because the opposing insurance carrier initially refused to compensate you reasonably for your injuries. This brought about the need to file suit and take some depositions, after which the insurance defense attorney realized his adjuster mis-evaluated your claim. While we only file suit when necessary, it was necessary in your case to bring about a fair result. I appreciate the kind words, not only about me but about my long-time legal assistant. She's incredible, and I know how fortunate I am to have her working with me for nearly 20 years.
