I was never involved in the criminal justice system before and was counting on Martina to guide me. She failed miserably. Extremely poor communications on numerous occasions where I was scheduled for court the next day and still did not know if what to do as she did not call or email. I had to mak...e numerus phone calls and emails to her office to get an answer. She also ignored my emails when the court sent me notices and I forwarded the notices to her asking what to do, My impression is that her method of operation is to take my money and dispose of the case as quickly as possible despite what was in my best interest.

Ms. Hedvicek brought connection back into my life. When I felt rejected by society she reminded me that I am somebody. Her representation is above excellence. She presented my case in a favorable light. But not just like an attorney should, she personalized me to prosecution. More often than not the ...Courts view the parties involved as names and numbers. When I was arrested in August of 2019 for criminal possession of a controlled substance,i thrust into a black hole and spiraled ever downward. My active mind went dormant and my existence became meaningless. Self...-loathing, self-pity, and self-destruction became the order of business. Then something remarkable happened; I became your client. Because of you, I gained a safe haven, a voice, a coat of armor, and hope. Right from the start, you re-humanized me. As time elapsed, you gave me inspiration and determination to reverse the spiral. And if that wasn't enough, through your efforts, you gave me a new life! When you called me with the incredible news, about my violation of probation,i was so overwhelmed and words escaped me. Thank you from the deepest recesses of my heart and the epicenter of my soul- for all you have done for me and will continue to do for others.

Nov 1,2018 my life was toss up really I was in a situation where I had no control of the outcome not saying who was right and who was wrong all I know was that' I was in need of someone in my corner so I began to pray to God and ask God to forgive me for what ever iv done wrong on my behalf of this ...situation and it's a good thing that we serve a forgiving God . One of my prayers was God if you give me a second chance I would be stand-up guy in the community and a law abiding citizen. One thing about God he knows when you're sincere and when you are coming from the heart . This wasn't an overnight thing but I never gave up I kept trusting in God , I realize on this journey the God will let bad things happen to good people to get your attention what do you got all of my attention and I turned the whole situation over to him he sent his angel Martina Hedvicek . So I put all my trust in her and things began to happened doors stared to happen in my faver I ask no questions she picked up the phone every time I called she began working on what I prayed for s second chance at life as the days and month went by I was granted a second chance at life you can't tell me God won't work it out . So my brothers and sisters if you ever find yourself in a situation that you need someone in your corner give her a call and I guarantee you will be proud of the outcome with her service With that being said I just want to say I thank you for allowing me and helping me with a second chance
