About Bryan
Biography
Bryan was born in Orlando and moved to Charlotte County a year later. He attended Port Charlotte Middle School and Charlotte High School (Class of 2008). He earned a Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida in 2012. Thereafter, he attended Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he was an Honor Roll student and graduated with his Juris Doctor (law) degree. He earned his Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Florida.
Bryan joined All Injuries Law firm in May of 2017. Before then, he worked as an attorney at a large insurance defense firm in Sarasota representing giant insurance companies and Employers in the defense of injury claims. His defense work allowed him to learn various strategies and tactics that insurance companies utilize to defend injury cases. That experience provided valuable insight that Bryan and All Injuries Law Firm considers when helping injured workers. Bryan is Board Certified in Workers' Compensation and has been since 2021.
Bryan and his wife, Meghan, have three children. Bryan is an avid fisherman, golfer, outdoorsman, and sports fan.
Bryan takes pride in the fact that he works in his hometown and helps injured people in the community.

Consistent and patient!

We took the case to trial and prevailed. The Judge found that the accident was "compensable," awarded payment of her past medical treatment (including emergency surgery), and awarded lost wages to be paid to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Whittemore v. PGT Industries/Zenith Insurance Co.
We took the case to trial and prevailed. Mrs. Whittemore was awarded both surgeries as well as payment of her lost wages to the fullest extent allowed by law. Prevailing at trial led to a large settlement after she recovered from her surgeries.
Laufer v. Sally Beauty Supply/Safety Nat'l Casualty Corp.
We took the case to trial and prevailed. Mrs. Laufer was awarded both payment of her surgery and past care, entitlement to a lifetime of future medical care for her injuries, and payment of her lost wages to the fullest extent allowed by law.
