As a board member of the Florida Workers' Advocates, I have actively lobbied on behalf of injured workers for several years and have served as its president. I have been Board Certified in Florida Workers Compensation since 1990 and re-certified in 1995, 2000, 2005, and 2010. I am a member of the Executive Council of the Workers' Compensation section of the Florida Bar Association.

I endorse this lawyer. Brian Sutter is a superbly qualified and competent attorney representing inured persons in both personal injury and workers' compensation cases. He is a tough negotiator in mediation and knows his way to the courthouse if the case does not settle. He is honest, ethical and very professional in all of his dealings. All of his clients worship him and follow his advice. He is also involved in representing his clients before the Florida legislature and is a highly regarded member of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Florida Bar.
