In November 2014, I was charged with a misdemeanor "Resisting Arrest without Violence" and "Possession of Marijuana under 20 Grams". My fiance was charged with a felony "Assault with a Deadly Weapon" and a misdemeanor "Batter...y-Touch or Strike" I had never been arrested before, and my fiance had quite an extensive record, and had just been previously released from prison. We had originally hired another lawyer in December of 2014. He had been working on our case for 8 months, he was completely incompetent and uneducated. The state was offering me probation and my fiance 24 months D.O.C. "prison". We dismissed this lawyer in June of 2015, because our original lawyer believed we should take both of the original plea agreements.
