Scott Weinberg is the absolute best choice for a criminal defense attorney. In November 2014, I was charged with a misdemeanor "Resisting Arrest without Violence" and "Possession of Marijuana under 20 Grams". My fiance was charged with a felony "Assault with a Deadly Weapon" and a misdemeanor "Batter...y-Touch or Strike" I had never been arrested before, and my fiance had quite an extensive record, and had just been previously released from prison. We had originally hired another lawyer in December of 2014. He had been working on our case for 8 months, he was completely incompetent and uneducated. The state was offering me probation and my fiance 24 months D.O.C. "prison". We dismissed this lawyer in June of 2015, because our original lawyer believed we should take both of the original plea agreements. In June of 2015 we hired Mr. Weinberg because he was referred to us as "a pit-bull in court" . He worked with us financially because, we hired him on such short notice. We had less than a month before both of our cases went to trial. In 48 hours he had done more work in both of our cases than our previous lawyer had done in 8 months. He kept in constant contact with us throughout the entire case. We never had to call him for any case updates or information regarding our case. He is confident, competent, well educated, and knows how to handle the state attorneys. In three weeks after hiring Mr. Weinberg my fiance plead out to a misdemeanor "Breech of Peace" and received credit time served for the 24 hours he was in jail before he bonded out. My case was completely dismissed by the state. Although our cases did not make it to trial, he was well prepared and ready to take our case to trial. Obviously the state recognized this and deferred from pursuing anymore criminal charges against us. There is no doubt in my mind that he would have won both cases in a jury trial if it came to that. However I was 8 months pregnant at the time, and neither my fiance or I wanted to take our case to trial. We are so thankful that we hired Scott Weinberg. It is legitimately the best decision we have ever made. I highly recommend his legal services to anyone.

A family friend referred Scott Weinberg to me. Before I had a chance to call him, he called me. I had recently been charged with a 2nd DUI, but was wrongfully accused. Scott reviewed all of the evidence and assured me we had a good case and to trial we went. I called Scott, and he dropped what he was doing, walked his copy of the disposition to the court house, got the Official Seal and faxed it to me in Ft. Myers, and followed up with making sure it was received. I am sincerely appreciative of Scott's hard work and dedication to my case and how I wasn't just another case, but a person in need of his help and experience.

Mr.Weinberg took care of my case and went smooth as silk. I highly recommend him.
