Lance Wayne Dunford

I approached Lance's law firm after talking to 2 other firms. Lance is young but do not let his age deceive. His resume is stacked. He is hungry and making a name for himself and that's who I would want my money behind. Not an older, burnt out lawyer. Lance was alert when hearing my case and exce...ptionally knowledgeable of law. He explained every single direction that my case could go from the best case scenario to the worst case scenario. The other 2 law firms did not do this and I very much appreciated this from him. Lance did not make any bogus predictions as to where the case would end up. He gives you real, true, and honest predictions. He is very professional and most importantly respectful. He was not arrogant at all. I certainly believe his respectfulness leads to genuineness when he speaks to judges/prosecutors/juries. I highly recommend Lance and his firm.

Being unaware of this opportunity to review my lawyer I only now am getting to this. I was arrested after an auto accident two years ago- I hit a truck - thankfully there were no injuries to the truck passengers - I was taken to the hospital and released in about two hours. While at the hospital I wa...s urine screened and charged with a DUI. I spoke to a number of lawyers on the phone but did not feel comfortable with any of them until I spoke to Lance Dunford. He was polite, genuine and professional. He took my case and guided me through the process with honesty, integrity and extreme professional ability. His relationships with the other members of the court reflected a high degree of respect and professionalism as well. My charge was dropped to reckless driving and I completed all the requirements of my case. Lance remained available to me during this entire process with guidance and encouragement. I was not only grateful for his professional ability but for the kindness and compassion with which he treated me as a person who was in a difficult and frightening situation. Perhaps, in retrospect, that is the most important aspect of dealing with all that was intaled in getting through this situation. This was my first and hopefully only time in having to go through this process but I did have the occasion to recommend him to a friend who reported the same high degree of appreciation for his outstanding work on their behalf.

Lance was recommended to me by a friend when I was arrested for a DUI. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He was successful in getting my charge reduced to Reckless Driving for which I am very grateful. At my initial consultation Lance clearly and concisely laid out all possible outcomes and c...onsequences and explained how he would proceed in defending my case. He showed great compassion during this time when I was feeling ashamed and vulnerable. Lance made sure that I understood what my options were and how I would need to navigate all of the steps in the process. I truly felt that I had an advocate and someone who understood how terrible it felt to find myself in this position. He was reassuring and kind. He was always available to answer my questions and treated me with the highest level of dignity and respect. He returned every phone call I made to him in a timely manner and was completely present whenever I contacted him. When my court date finally arrived I cannot explain how comforting it felt to be standing at Lance's side in front of the judge. Lance is highly regarded by members of the court system. His integrity and professionalism allow him to negotiate the best possible outcomes for his clients. I highly recommend his services if you find yourself in need of a lawyer.

Lance was across the board 5 stars. Very communicative- This gentleman could answer any question and doesnt beat around the bush. Will not give you false hopes and set things in perspective for you. Very quick to reply also Enormously knowledgeable- He knew the ins and outs and do's and donts ...of what needs to happen and when. Broke things down to me even i could understand Very helpful/respective- Any other lawyer i had usually made me feel like i was doing most if not all of the leg work, paperwork, mailing and contacting people. I sent Lance my drivers license and that was it and he took care of everything else. Not only did this man got my case dropped but he helped me as a new found business owner feel like i cant trust the justice system a little bit more knowing that some people can take my personal needs and play it in the prosecuting process to benefit me. I offered to tip him for the great results but refused and told me to give him a review and its the least i can do for this guy. He has a long term client.
