I found the Jursinski group through an internet search. I called them and talked to the paralegal who let me fully explain my situation and what legal help I thought I would need. They suggested the name of a local realtor who was familiar with short sales in Fort Myers Florida for me to contact. ...I hired the realtor and Kara (my attorney) to handle the short sale. It was complicated because there were negotiations going back and forth with the lien holder for 4-5 months and lots of paperwork required to satisfy there requests. It took a lot time and knowledge on the part of my attorney to finally come to an agreement on the loan deficiency costs. In a situation that is never a win, win, I'm extremely pleased with the final outcome.
