Failure to communicate/respond in timely manner, failure to provide complete client account information as requested by client - issuing mistruths and presenting what could be/appears to be a defensive front, failure to return client property when requested - property entrusted to Kelly upon her requ...est as needed to complete the work she was hired to do. Left in the wake of working with Kelly is a high level of frustration, disappointment and loss of trust.

I hired Kelly to defend me in a custody case. Every time we had any type of communication it seemed as though she forgot everything we had spoke of previously. Then it became extremely difficult to get a hold of her or even a response from her office. Emails and phone calls left without responses. Th...e case dragged on for almost 2 years. Every time I called her office no one had a clue what was going on with my case. The receptionist answering the phone had a very bad attitude and was often rude. It amazes me at how there is zero accountability and yet she is still in business. Do yourself a favor and find a different attorney.
