Ryan Scott Hamilton

I retained Ryan Hamilton over a year ago. He assured me he would represent me well and fight for me. This was the furthest from the truth. He is extremely inexperienced. In my case many experts were retained and Ryan demonstrated no leadership nor research into case law to support my case. He failed ...to take any direction from me while promising to act upony continual requests. Weeks before trial I was forced to get a seasoned 2nd opinion. Ryan refused to act reasonable and has shown in front of me inmaturity and lack of professionalism. It costed me dearly financially and emotionally. Please research before engaging. He is unwilling to own any accountability and blames opposing counsel and all other parts of my legal team while overbilling.

In early 2012 I found myself in need of a Family Law Attorney. I was referred to Mr. Hamilton by an associate who spoke highly of him and his firm as well as the positive results obtained by Mr. Hamilton. I had never been in the situation of needing the service of an attorney before this time, othe...r than the occasional real estate deal, so I set an appointment with Mr. Hamilton to present my circumstance. Mr. Hamilton was courteous, professional, understanding, and actually listened, asked questions, took extensive notes and appeared genuinely concerned and sympathetic to my circumstance. I felt completely comfortable with him and his firm and I didn't feel compelled to confer with any other law firms. I engaged them immediately. Without getting into specifics of the case, I will tell you this; Mr. Hamilton's firm produced incredible results for me. Their knowledge of the law concerning my legal issue served them (and me) very well. They were able to predict, with incredible accuracy, the approach/tactics that the opposite party would utilize and he had already prepared our options for each one. He is very aggressive and proactive, in a "mild mannered way" which I appreciate. Mr. Hamilton kept me in the loop at all times. I did not have to call them repeatedly to obtain information as to the status of my case. Although, they did inform me that the type of case I had could extend one (1) to two (2) years before settled, they indeed were able to get the case settled in half the time, under budget, and in my favor from every standpoint. I feel that I was well served and I not only would utilize Mr. Hamilton and his firm in the future, I would feel comfortable referring them, as a matter of fact, I already have on three separate occasions.
