Tania L. Clark

Attorney Tania L. Clark is the founder of TLC Trial Team, formerly Rivas Law Group. She is a civil law attorney dedicated to serving injured victims throughout Central and Southwest Florida. Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, to a Cuban immigrant family, Attorney Clark is fluent in Spanish and has strong family ties to Wahneta, Florida, a small Polk County town heavily populated by migrant workers. Because Attorney Clark is familiar with the unique challenges migrant workers face, she strove to study law and form a law practice dedicated to serving the local community. Attorney Clark is a follower of Jesus Christ whose heart’s desire is to reflect the character of Christ to others. She is active in her community and diligently works to bring justice to those she represents. She has her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa and is a cum laude graduate of Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida. She is a member in good standing of The Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and is a member of the Florida Justice Association (FJA).

With more than 20 years of experience, Attorney Clark has dedicated her career to representing and fighting for injury victims. Through her law practice in Winter Haven, Tampa, and Land O’ Lakes, Florida, she has realized her dream of serving her community and helping others. As a Spanish-speaking attorney, she is able to reach Hispanic clients on a personal level while gaining a true understanding of their legal needs. She believes effective representation begins with listening to clients, understanding their individual circumstances, and building relationships based on trust. These values are reflected in TLC Trial Team’s guiding principles of Truth, Logic, and Commitment, which shape the way she approaches her clients and their cases.

Attorney Clark is also a proud mother of two children, Trey and Bella, and is honored to be their mom. She is passionate about her family and helping others, and she does not take lightly her role as a mother or her commitment to serving her community and the clients who place their trust in her.
