Tania L. Clark

Attorney Tania Rivas is the founder of Rivas Law Group. She is a civil law attorney dedicated to serving seriously injured victims throughout central and southwest Florida. Attorney Rivas was born and raised in Tampa, Florida to a Cuban Immigrant and is fluent in Spanish. She is a follower of Jesus Christ whose heart's desire is to reflect the character of Christ to others. She has strong family ties to Wahneta, FL, a small Polk County town heavily populated by migrant workers. Because Mrs. Rivas is familiar with the unique challenges migrant workers face, she strove to study law and form a law practice dedicated to serving the local community of Tampa. Injury Attorney Rivas is active in the community and diligently works to bring justice to all, regardless of immigrant status. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa and is a cum laude graduate of Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, FL.

Attorney Rivas has always represented injured victims, never insurance companies. Through her law practice in Winter Haven, Tampa, and Land O Lakes, FLorida, she has realized her dream of serving the community and helping others. Her compassion for the injured and deducation to personally serving clients sets her apart from many other personal injury law firms. As a Spanish Speaking attorney, she is able to reach Hispanic clients on a personal level while gaining a true understanding of their legal needs. Attorney Rivas is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and the Middle District of Florida. She is a member of the Florida Justice Association (FJA), and the Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce of Polk County in Lakeland, Florida.

Mrs. Rivas is happily married to her high school sweetheart, Ben. They live in Tampa, Florida with their beautiful children, Trey and Bella and their beloved Boxer dog, Chino. Mrs. Rivas is passionate about all families and does not take lightly her role, as mother and wife, in shaping the future generation.
