I have had such a tremendous experience with Rivas Law group. They've taken care of me after my second care accident. They were kind, responsive, and very professional. They kept me updated regarding my case, were very informative, and I really did trust them regarding how to move forward each step o...f the way. I also really want to commend Ana for everything she's done. She always kept me informed and I never felt like I couldn't come to her if I questions regarding the case. My experience with the Rivas Law Group was overall positive. I received swift care. The chiropractor that I was assigned to was amazing and very friendly. The only aspect of the process that I wasn't crazy about was the constant feeling of not knowing what was going on with my case. I also had so muc...h trouble finding auto insurance after using my PIP for this case. I wish I would've been told a more direct answer when asking if moving forward with the claim would impact me negatively when searching for auto insurance after that because it definitely did. I understand now that, this is unfortunately just the process but I would've appreciated knowing that upfront. No company wanted to take me after finding that I had a PIP claim. I ended up really close to having a lapse in my insurance if it weren't for my roommate's company accepting me on her policy. Other than that I would say that the overall experience was positive. Mrs. Rivas was very professional and made me feel like I was not being taken advantage of which I really appreciated since this was my first time ever dealing with a personal injury from a collision. I would definitely recommend the Rivas Law Group to anyone for professional, credible, and fair representation. I also love that they stay in touch with you and make you feel like even though your case may be closed, you're are still a part of a community in which you can always reach out to for future assistance.

I went to Rivas on the day of my accident and from that first day I felt confident I was in good hands and everything was going to be taken care of. All my problems were immediately taken care of and all of my questions were answered. I especially liked the "family" nature of this law firm. In one of... my more personal conversations with Tania Rivas we were discussing the employees in her practice and she stated "I could easily eliminate one of my 5 employees but I believe it would be a disservice to my clients".
