Biography
Brian Monk is a former prosecutor with nearly fifty (50) jury trials to his credit. Brian received a Certificate in Family Law from the University of Florida College of Law and was named a Fellow of the UF Law Center on Children and Families. Brian also received a Specialist degree in mental health counseling from the University of Florida. Brian utilizes this unique background in his practice of marital and family law as well as in his handling of criminal defense and personal injury matters.

Really listens and very honest
