I am a trucker with a CDL and had an issue when my pickup I had gone shopping in went into a ditch after getting a flat. My groceries included beer and it was a hot day, one of my few days off. As I waited for the tow service I called a cab and popped a beer, then another, and another as I waited for... the tow truck and my taxi. A State Trooper pulled over and gave me a DUI because I had my keys and he accused me of drinking while driving and said that was how I ended up in the ditch.
