Kaitlyn did an excellent job defending my case. She took the case very seriously from the moment she was presented the case. She took the statements of the case and quickly analyzed and produced a great strategy to 1) have the case dismissed based on the case law available which showed that the case ...brought against me did not meet the statutory requirements. 2) She also used the recorded statements of the petitioner to show that they were inconsistent in their statement about the case which ultimately led the judge to believe that the petitioner was not telling the truth. Both of these strategies resulted in a favorable outcome and a dismissal of the case. Kaitlyn is precise and diligent in her work.
