Kaitlyn is awesome in every aspect. Throughout the process of getting my DUI reduced, I was obviously very worried and had many questions. She was always quick to respond with more than just a brief answer -- she always made sure I understood her answers clearly. The case took a while to fight and sh...e was there every step of the way. On top of helping me legally, she also helped me throughout the process mentally. She is a genuine person and I could tell she really cared about me / the case outcome.
