I will use them again if needed

Michael Perenich has helped my case in every positive way possible. I've never used a lawyer for anything in life before, but a had a car accident and didn't feel as if I was being treated fairly from my insurance company. They fought my case for a YEAR and ended up getting the full amount requested ...in the beginning of my case. I was kept up to date on all activities. I am very thankful for Michael and Melissa.

Great Outcome, Case Won Against Crappy Insurance Company

I'm kind of a person who usually will try to do something myself, rather than make things confusing by pulling a bunch of people into my problems (so I'm stubborn). I had a pretty bad car accident, and thought originally that getting a lawyer would be too much work. Boy was I wrong. Basically ...when it was just me dealing with my insurance company, they only answered my phone calls and emails on THEIR time, and then offered me a "Generous" outcome. They would pay me 2,000$, total out my daily driver, and then have me sign an agreement saying that I would never pursue legal action against them. Needless to say at this point, I called Mr. Perenich for advice. We decided that in order to protect me against the faceless company who didn't care about me as long as I pay my 160$ a month, we should open a case. Within a few days, the insurance company all of a sudden wanted to know if I was "OK" and if I "needed anything". Michael Perenich helped me through the legal mire, and provided me with good advice, and gave me access to some great medical options. He has a STRONG network of doctors, other lawyers, and legal power that he can use to help make a strong case. He really made me feel valued as a customer, and the outcome of the case was HUGE. Far beyond any recovery I hoped for. I highly recommend him to anyone like me, who thinks that opening a case "puts people out" or is more trouble than it's worth. You can either get shoved around by your company, or get serious help. Nick
