H. Dennis Rogers

About me

Dennis, a native Floridian from Coral Gables, was a varsity athlete at Wheaton College (track and football) and Florida State University (track) where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree with academic honors. He then worked to pay his way through law school at the University of Florida College of Law, where he received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence degree. Dennis later obtained a diploma in advanced trial advocacy from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. From 1981 until 1993, H. Dennis Rogers was a trial lawyer who represented hospitals, physician groups, and physicians in medical malpractice cases. Since 1993, Dennis has applied his legal and medical knowledge and his years of courtroom experience to serving the victims of medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and negligence, defective medical products, and automobile accidents.

Many of our cases are referred to us by other attorneys who trust us to render the highest quality legal services to their clients and who know that all of our clients are treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. To read about some of the verdicts and settlements obtained by Dennis in various types of medical malpractice cases, please visit the Case Histories page of this website.
