Alvin Marshall Foreman

Alvin is a con man. I contacted Alvin Foreman on May 4th to make my final payment. I had never had an issue getting in touch with Alvin prior to my final payment on May 5, 2023. I followed his “communications policy” and started accumulating my paperwork. I then gave him time as I know my case is no...t the only one on his agenda. I hadn’t heard back since my final payment. I then reached out on June 14th to let him know I had begun to accumulate my paperwork. No reply. Again, I gave him a month, then reached out again on July 14th to get information on my case. No reply. I then went to the this website to ask if this was normal. After getting multiple replies stating that it wasn’t, I requested an immediate meeting for his earliest appointment for July 28th. He called me on July 28th and assured me that he would rectify the situation, and apologized for not answering my emails. He stated he would set up a meeting with “Izak Endicott” to help me get “back on track.” The meeting was scheduled on July 28th and a reminder was sent out on Aug 6th to confirm a day before. I took off of work on August 7th, only for me to never receive a call, or explanation as to what happened. I then went to this website again on Aug 7th to ask another question. I then contacted Alvin on August 8th to request a refund, due to his lack of communication. No reply.

I was in way over my head on credit cards due to unfortunate situations in my life and also wrong decisions on my part. I had never had financial trouble in the past but this situation was rapidly escalating to the point where I needed to find a lawyer to help me or be sued by not just one bank but 3.... I found Alvin Foreman on line and the reviews were excellent so I reached out and true to what others are saying, I had the same good experience. I went from totally stressed out to having someone lead me through this jungle. Alvin is calm, professional, non-judgmental. He simply helps and is very knowledgeable about what to do and how it all rolls out into the future so there are no surprises. I highly recommend Alvin and in fact have already recommended him to others with similar situations.

Alvin was straight forward and very sincere. He explained what he agreed would be fair which was not to use him and try another method which did not put any money in his pocket and to top it off he even mentioned he would pray for me. So with that said I am very thankful I came across this firm sinc...e I am now resolving my matter with no bankruptsy attorney and a push to move forward into a better option (advise) Alvin gave me. Thanks Alvin for your sincere consultation you gave me and my son on the phone a few weeks ago.

I do not believe these reviews. This bankruptcy experience was horrible. He left us stranded with not knowing what to do. No phone calls returned and no office to go to. We are on our own trying to end this after almost 2 years. Find another lawyer, I would never put someone down but he was not fair ...to us.

From our first phone call to Mr Foreman to the last meeting at the courthouse, my husband and I were awestruck in how Alvin managed our situation and prepared our case and ourselves to the end of a very stressful time for us. He has all the correct information and contacts to get anyone through the ...tough spots of your finances..his very gentle nature had such a calming effect on my high blood pressure,I did not want to hang up my phone conversations at times... He made me laugh and smile through it all...we are very grateful to Alvin... Thank you again Sir....;)
