When i fisrt walk in is office i was so confuse and not hope off what will we happen whit the case. So i remenber very clearly when Phil ask me and i explain everything to him he look at me and said we have a case and we will figth to get what is fair for you and you family. The time past but he was there for me anytime i have a question he had the rigth answer i will recomend 100 % his representation hes not just a Lawyer Phil he will become part of your life Thanks Phil

Until Attorney Philip Bernstein stepped in, my case was a flimsy house of cards. This attorney worked energetically, representing me for over two years. He was always accessible. What I found particularly amazing was his calm, steady demeanor coupled with a ferocious protection of my rights. He had unbelievable narrative control in the courtroom. His fees were fair and there was no superfluous billing. He is the most ethical person I have encountered in an exceedingly long time and I expressed this directly to the judge at Court.
