This guy is an idiot.

What an idiot. I submitted a dispute for a parking violation. There were no signs posted that there was street cleaning and I even submitted video evidence. This idiot Martin, disregarded the evidence and ordered me to pay the fine anyway. I will be seeing him on Monday.

Total Pile of

I am pretty sure he does not even review the appeals for chicago tickets, just presses the guilty button. Got a ticket for unregistered car, car was registered. Appealed and still found guilty. What a total POS.

Why is he still a judge?

Received a red light ticket. Looked online for the infraction and found 2 photos. 1 of me stopped at the red light. 1 of me turning after the stop. No video of a moving violation. This guy denies my contesting the ticket. Based on nothing. My choices are either pay $100 fine OR file a civil su...it against the city with a filing fee of $367. Sure looks like a scam to me.

I would rather pay an 8 year old to handle these cases.

I received a parking violation in Chicago, I been parking on this street for years and never had any problems. I tried contesting the ticket online but Martin (apparently the expert) decided that I was in wrong. I attached proof of images and everything surrounding the situation. I hope he loses his ...job when he decides to fine people several hundred dollars because parking people can't read signs and decide to assign tickets to random cars at random times. I hope you lose your license to practice law.

Crook....

This SOB reviewed City of Chicago red light camera violation whereon I stopped for a red light (brief though it was), then turned on a signal after making a decision to turn (after I had stopped) and pulled off into the very legal right turn from a legal turning lane, and somehow determined that I w...as guilty of the bogus charge leveled by the red light camera.

Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
