David Carl Levenreich

I employed Mr. Levenreich for my child support case, which took two years. David claimed it was due to the opposing attorney delaying things, however I learned after the case was closed, that many times David claimed to have never received paperwork they had proof of sending. I also experienced this ...with documents, some irreplaceable, I gave to him. He many times treated me like I was a waste of his time and was often rude. He also typically did the opposite of my wishes with the case. There were many times that I was not informed of a meeting or hearing until hours before, or sometimes after. I was a single mother, living alone, working full time making less that $9/hr, paying day care, and going to school full time. Prior to hiring David, he and I agreed in person that I would pay him as often and as much as I could, and that he would do what he could to keep his costs down. However, he quickly ran up thousands and I obviously fell behind in payments. David was unsympathetic to this problem, and continued to spend several hours on paperwork I know he already had received and reviewed. Once the case was closed, he then demanded that I turn over every support payment to him towards my account, even going as far as to yell "That money you get is because of me. I did that. It's mine." over the phone. I would not recommend David Levenreich to anyone. While he did get the job done, he is very disorganized, rude, condescending, and demanding.
