Jeffrey Allen Eisel

I am pleased to write a review on Jeffrey Eisel because he did an excellent, excellent job for us as our Attorney. My sister and I were compelled to litigate when Trustees failed in many ways as fiduciaries on a family trust. Mr. Eisel was referred to us by another lawyer I knew (one who did not pr...actice the type of law we required). We were particular in the kind of lawyer we were seeking since the issues at hand were sensitive and hit us personally on account of unethical family. He understood that and never treated us as anything less. He helped us navigate the less personal side of the legalities and did it with genuine care. However, genuine care was combined with tenaciousness. Mr Eisel is polite, informative and once the perfect opportunity is presented, commands from the room a deep respect. Although respectful, he is not easily dispelled, which is a touch combination to find. Mr. Eisel is very, very good with details and very, very good at presenting his side of the information with confidence. In the end, he was the reason why we achieved what we set out to achieve in what was considered an impossible case with a challenging outcome. He got us there. Therefore, it is with great honor that Jeffrey Eisel comes highly recommended by us. This is one excellent lawyer who will continue to do very well in his profession. We can not thank him enough.
