Sidney Kilgore, Litigation Attorney on Mar 21, 2015
Relationship: Worked together on matter
I have known Peter Sartes both personally and professionally for many years. He is among the most competent, diligent, and effective trial attorneys I know. I had occasion to assist Peter in connection with an interstate patent infringement litigation matter, and received invaluable assistance from him in a pro bono federal criminal law matter I was handling. I heartily endorse his services without reservation.

Peter has positioned himself as The authority on criminal law in the Bay Area. His legal ability and courtroom presence make him a formidable opponent for any prosecutor.
Spiro Komninos, Criminal defense Attorney on May 25, 2012

I highly endorse this lawyer. Moreover, I feel very comfortable in saying that Peter's 10 Rating on Avvo and AV (Preeminent) Highest Rating on Martindale.com, do not even scratch the surface of being indicative of Peter’s true talents, legal and litigation smarts, and his overall effectiveness as a lawyer. Peter loves the law and he has a deep rooted drive and need to win. God forbid, if any close family member of mine were in significant criminal related trouble; my first recommendation would be for them to call Peter, and to do so as quickly as possible!
