Mr. Sartes currently serves as the Sixth Judicial Circuit representative to the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors, The Florida Bar Code and Rules of Evidence Committee and on a Florida Bar Grievance Committee for the 6th Judicial Circuit. Mr. Sartes is “BV” rated by Martindale-Hubble, the highest possible rating for attorneys in practice for under ten years. He is listed as a “Rising Star” in Superlawyers Magazine, where no more than 2.5% of lawyers under 40 years of age are selected, and Mr. Sartes is also rated Supurb by AVVO. Mr. Sartes has had articles published in The Florida Bar Journal, The Record, the publication of the Appellate Section of the Florida Bar, Res Ipsa, the publication of the Clearwater Bar Association, and in The Florida Defender, the publication of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
