Incredible Lawyer

My mom had been on me for about 3 years to file for disability, yet had raised to to work for what I wanted in life. I was 2 months shy of my 50th birthday, when she was about to pass away. So, I filed the papers as a promise to her. Chris Young came highly recommended and I understand why. He was ve...ry honest from the first meeting all the way through the entire process. I happened to file during the time of the real estate bust which created a massive uptick in people filing for disability at the same time. Because I was past the point of being able to work, had no insurance and was grieving the loss of my mom. Chris made the entire process as easy on me as possible. Because he has been doing this in Pinellas County for so many years, he has a plethora of professional contacts with doctors in this area. Him and his wonderful staff assisted me in finding places that would work on a contingency basis so that I could get most of the medical tests I needed. Because of the timing, it did take quite a while to get on the court docket (no fault of his), but he kept me updated each step of the way. He knew exactly what tests and questions I would need doctors to answer in order to have a successful outcome. I not only have had several back surgeries, I have an exotic disease that very little is known about. Chris and his staff were patient when my doctor was slow on getting paperwork to him. In fact, the last of the necessary papers actually got faxed the morning of the court date! We were in with the judge for less than 10 minutes and I was granted disability on my very first attempt. I honestly feel that this is solely due to Chris knowing precisely what the court would need in order for this to happen. I believe having the personal touch, as opposed to having one of those 1-800 lawyers made all the difference. I can say this with certainty because friends I know went the other route and were contually denied, long after I was already receiving my checks. Eventually, some of my friends got smart and ended up hiring Chris too. I am happy that I came across this site because, although I highly recommended him to friends on Facebook, this way I can reach people I do not know. It gives me a public forum to thank Chris Young and his staff, and hopefully help others in need of a solid, honest and helpful lawyer.

Chris took my case from the very start.I contacted other lawyers and they wanted me to contact them if my benefits were denied after the first application.Chris knows every step of the social security application process, and he takes the time to explain the lengthy process. He will only get paid if he... wins your case.Chris fought for me and did win.I feel he was worth every dollar he got paid.I probably could not have presented my case as well as he did.I recommend Chris only if you want to win your benefits.Chris was professional from start to finish. Thanks Chris!!
