Aimee P. Trinoskey

I interviewed multiple attorneys regarding a potential divorce from my active duty spouse. I had multiple concerns, scheduling considerations, and legal questions specifically regarding my two young children and their legal safety when I had to leave them with my parents while I went out of state for... work. Ms. Trinoskey was able to answer all of my questions, was comfortable working a military divorce, and was able to suggest multiple avenues to address every one of my concerns, helping to put a lot of my major concerns to rest easily once I came to the decision to file for divorce. Her replies via email and phone to the multitude of questions I had over the course of the process were quick, to the point, and clear. She never once spoke to me like a 5 year old, and treated me with respect and honesty. I knew that as I went through this difficult time in both my kids' and my own life, my choice in attorneys was not going to add any additional stress to my day. I would strongly recommend Ms. Trinoskey (and her AMAZING office staff) for their excellent customer service, promptness, politeness, and thorough approach to divorce and child custody issues.

I used Aimee for a modification. While she initially portrayed a staunch and resolute attorney, she slowly let my case go by the way side. She wasn't proactive and did very little to resolve my case. She filed responses to the court that were incorrect, and made no apologies nor did she try to co...rrect her mistakes. I regret to say that I would be very weary of using this attorney.

Aimee helped me through a rather difficult divorce including a family plan, two properties, spousal support etc. She was very knowledgeable, and always returned my emails or calls in a short amount of time. She and her paralegal Chris kept me informed each step of the way. Aimee was able to naviga...te me through two failed mediations and come to a fair resolution. I highly recommend her to anyone going through a divorce. She is also very down to earth and calm, and was able to explain things to me that did not make sense. She is a tough lawyer without being brash and off-putting like I have seen with other attorneys. I only consulted with one other lawyer before hiring her, and I know I made the right choice.
