Attorney Aimee Trinoskey has been my lawyer for the past 3years. I been having difficulties dealing with my Ex. ( no..I wasn't married) but I have a daughter by him. Before my daughter was born I had put a restraining order against for domestic violence. It's wasn't right to raise a child in tha...t kind of environment. Years later I came to Aimee about reciving Support from my Ex. We went court to get the support... .. but then he wanted visitations. We went Mediation for the supervis visitations( since my daughter never met him) we also had to do counseling since there has been domestic violence in the past. Though out It all it became a big mess! My Ex. Kept breaking rules of the Agreements ....he stop talking to his daughter and his support. He kept breaking his daughter heart! So in May of 2015 the visitations has been put to the stop! Thanks to Aimee and Chris my daughter is Happy again! I will continue to do business with these wonderful... Strong.. .women again! I interviewed multiple attorneys regarding a potential divorce from my active duty spouse. I had multiple concerns, scheduling considerations, and legal questions specifically regarding my two young children and their legal safety when I had to leave them with my parents while I went out of state for... work. Ms. Trinoskey was able to answer all of my questions, was comfortable working a military divorce, and was able to suggest multiple avenues to address every one of my concerns, helping to put a lot of my major concerns to rest easily once I came to the decision to file for divorce. Her replies via email and phone to the multitude of questions I had over the course of the process were quick, to the point, and clear. She never once spoke to me like a 5 year old, and treated me with respect and honesty. I knew that as I went through this difficult time in both my kids' and my own life, my choice in attorneys was not going to add any additional stress to my day. I would strongly recommend Ms. Trinoskey (and her AMAZING office staff) for their excellent customer service, promptness, politeness, and thorough approach to divorce and child custody issues.

I used Aimee for a modification. While she initially portrayed a staunch and resolute attorney, she slowly let my case go by the way side. She wasn't proactive and did very little to resolve my case. She filed responses to the court that were incorrect, and made no apologies nor did she try to co...rrect her mistakes. I regret to say that I would be very weary of using this attorney.
