Krysti Leigh Monaco

Krysti Monaco is a compassionate and experienced disability attorney who has dedicated her career to helping individuals secure the benefits they deserve. Her commitment is rooted in personal experience—her mother’s 20-year battle with multiple sclerosis exposed her to the challenges many families face when navigating disability systems. This perspective drives Krysti to approach every case with empathy, diligence, and unwavering advocacy.

Before becoming an attorney, Krysti spent eight years working in disability law as a paralegal, gaining hands-on experience with Social Security Disability and Long-Term Disability/ERISA claims. For the past several years, she has represented clients as an attorney, using her knowledge of both the administrative and legal processes to guide clients through some of the most difficult moments in their lives. She understands the frustration of denied claims, endless paperwork, and systemic barriers—and she works tirelessly to overcome them.
Beyond her legal practice, Krysti serves as the Advisory Board Chair for EmpowHERment, a nonprofit focused on supporting and uplifting women in the community. She is passionate about education, advocacy, and empowering others to find their voice, especially when dealing with large insurance companies or government entities.
