I Was Royally Screwed By His Inability To Mount Proper Defense
I can't believe that he is actually a Lawyer. He had no idea what he was doing in a criminal case. Unfortunately I waited a month too long, or I would have appealed on the grounds of terrible representation. He was appointed to represent me. Stay away!!!!!
Did not communicate at all with me. Told me him and the prosecutor agreed to rehab. Never came through on his promises. In my opinion you are better off going with a Public Defender because Mr. Deberg got me the same deal the PD would have got me.
