Hired Mr. DeBerg in late 2016 to represent me in a criminal defense matter related to probation. Hired him again in the summer to process an early termination of probation. He was great from the moment I got him as my attorney!!! Was looking at 30 years prison and somehow he did all the research I told him about he is very proficient and was very understanding!!! I can't believe that he is actually a Lawyer. He had no idea what he was doing in a criminal case. Unfortunately I waited a month too long, or I would have appealed on the grounds of terrible representation. He was appointed to represent me. He may be competent to handle small cases, but you will go... to jail if this guy represents you. Have no doubt about it.
