Hired Mr. DeBerg in late 2016 to represent me in a criminal defense matter related to probation. Hired him again in the summer to process an early termination of probation. Was referred to Atty Deberg. A major display of brilliance, excellence in the courtroom! He did not disappoint! My Godson was facing 25 to life. Atty Deberg commanded the courtroom from start to finish, presenting the case with very evident knowledge and confidence. After a brief deliberation the jur...y came back with a victorious not guilty verdict. Hire him! He delivers! I would not chose nor recommend any Atty over Ben Deberg! He did that. Big time! Benjamin DeBerg took a hopeless case for me in 2012. The state was trying to force me to trial with no offer and a life plus 10 year sentence hanging in the balance. After Ben took my case he worked hard as I have ever seen an attorney work for a client.
