Was referred to Atty Deberg. A major display of brilliance, excellence in the courtroom! He did not disappoint! My Godson was facing 25 to life. Atty Deberg commanded the courtroom from start to finish, presenting the case with very evident knowledge and confidence. After a brief deliberation the jur...y came back with a victorious not guilty verdict. Hire him! He delivers! I would not chose nor recommend any Atty over Ben Deberg! He did that. Big time! Benjamin DeBerg took a hopeless case for me in 2012. The state was trying to force me to trial with no offer and a life plus 10 year sentence hanging in the balance. After Ben took my case he worked hard as I have ever seen an attorney work for a client. It was through his efforts, Professionalism, ...and diligence that he was indeed able to justly show the courts that I was indeed over charged and in turn was able to have my charges amended (dropped down) , the threat of trial dismissed and a plea arrangement reached. obviously I am a free man as I write this message. Ben has done more for me in 2 minutes,than the attorney I hired originally did for me in 7 months.It's unfortunate for me that I've wasted all this money already on this other guy.Ben just broke it down for me and got right to the meat of the deal for my defense.All along this other attorney's intent...ions were to settle with the State,rather than doing some fact finding on my behalf.I am confident moving forward with Ben,that the facts will come out & that I will be exonerated.
