Thomas H. McGowan

I hired Thomas McGowan, and he directed me to a higher case vs the small claims case I was originally looking to do. As a result; we lost the case, due to him not being prepared, and unorganized. McGowan's Motions looked like they were written by a 1st year student, and his Court demeanor lacks ent...husiasm and effort. After the case, I was stuck with Court Costs from the other party, because McGowan couldn't and didn't do his job. Then he abandoned me to fend for myself; I would not recommend this Attorney.

I found Mr McGowan to be an exceptionally gifted attorney. His professional competency, ethics, & knowledge base are beyond reproach. He takes extreme pride in the quality of his work & ensures that the client's interests are well represented. I have seen him perform in court as well as in arbitratio...n & he acquits himself very well. I have recommeded at least three other client's to him, & would continue to unhesitatingly recommend others to this fine, outstanding attorney!
