I vigorously work to get my cases in position to be tried, and this stratgey gets about 80% of them settled. I have done extensive work in the apellate arena and at this time am spending more and more time in Federal Court on myriad issues. I also deal with First Amendment issues. Some of my practice is family law litigation, but probaly about 20%, and I am picky about what I take in this arena.

Basically I stick with simple wills and simple estate plans to minimize probate, but I do not have much tax soecialization so if the estate planning is too dificult, I will refer it out.
