Summer Rae Goldman

Summer Goldman was a wonderful lawyer and helped quite literally save my life. Miss Goldmans expert advise, attentive work, experience and help she committed to me and my potential case saved me and ultimately gave me the best case scenario for everyone involved. While I cannot give direct details it... was an accused sex crime and she committed to talking to detectives, prosecutors and all other parties to keep me well informed and safe from harm. I really can’t say it enough but I have the utmost respect and trust in summer Goldman and I believe she is a very compassionate and diligent lawyer which is hard to find nowadays.

Summer knew what to say during our hearing. She knew the law and was able to bring out the evidence needed to prove our case. The questions she asked, the way she presented her evidence, was perfect. Her summation was on point and convincing. Earlier this year I received the shock of my life when I opened up a letter from the Department of State. I was expecting to see my brand new passport, which I had renewed several times before, but instead I received notification that my application had been denied because I had a nearly 20 year old... warrant out for my arrest in Florida. I had not lived in Florida for many years, and for some bizarre reason the warrant never came up, and I had no idea it even existed. This was really disturbing for me, as not only were the charges completely false, this legal matter was seriously hampering my livelihood, which, in part depends on international travel. Let's just say it was my instinct, which I always trust, but I just knew Summer Goldman was the lawyer who could help, and I was completely correct. Right from the beginning communication was easy with Summer, and her entire team. I actually got through to Summer right away, and she clearly answered all my questions which gave me confidence that she was highly competent, and my case was important to her and that I would not be put on the back burner. Every time I had a question, or needed a clarification, Summer and her team were always prompt and clear about what I needed to understand. An overzealous prosecutor dragged out my case far longer than was necessary, with delay after delay, which was a really horrible thing to go through (the not knowing what is going to happen part), but Summer really went the extra mile to bring a favorable resolution to my case. In fact, it's not an exaggeration to say that Summer worked some kind of magic with a very bogged down legal system full of red tape. She knew exactly who to talk to, and what common sense arguments to make to resolve my case. I believe the prosecuting attorney even called her a 'miracle worker', with his head sunk in defeat, which I have to admit was a very satisfying moment for both Summer and I. Perhaps the prosecuting attorney was just doing due diligence to his job, but he was really barking up the wrong tree on this case, and Summer was able to bring some sensibility and reason to the entire issue. So, as I type this today, I just got the green light to re-apply for my passport, and I am excited to move on with my life and put this whole experience behind me. Highly recommend you hire Summer. You want someone who knows how to play the game. As a former prosecutor in Florida, Summer is your best chance at beating any charges. Do yourself a favor and don't talk to the police and only talk to Summer in any legal related matter. I would hire her again in... a heartbeat.
