Randall Craig Hiepe

Randall was/is a God send to our family. We've always lived within our means. About a decade ago, having listened to Dave Ramsey's radio show, we were fortunate enough to cut our cost of living even further, pay-off all loans (student, car, etc.), set aside half a year's salary in savings, and make s...ome investments. Then the perfect storm hit. While the economy was crashing I became incredibly sick. I was ultimately diagnosed with three chronic diseases after medical testing, surgery, and treatments of extortionate costs. We also discovered our son had disabilities requiring costly testing, surgery, and treatment. All this left us with nothing and less. Fortunately we were referred to Randall. Randall is personable, understanding, and encouraging. I hated having to pursue this means of financial reconciliation, but he was always upbeat. While I dreaded the process, I enjoyed meeting with Randall. He also relieved my shame helping me understand while it's unfortunate some people have misused this institution (hence the harsh criticisms of our society at large), wiser individuals know sometimes life can be as indiscriminately cruel as it can be rewarding. This is why we have these laws on the books and experts like Randal to guide people like us - trying to live financially responsible - as we navigate across the Valley of the Shadow of Debt.

Our Bankruptcy was complicated, and a unbelievably thick file. Our life had gone down hill since I became disabled, we lost our home due to mold growing in it, medical,dental expenses, etc. We were totally stressed about this.
