Peter Donald Andrews

I worked for Mr. Andrews for a number of years as well as personally used his services for my own needs. Mr. Andrews excels in many aspects of law, but has truly stunned me with his diligence and passion in criminal law. I used his services to assist in fighting a ticket I was given for allegedly... speeding in a school zone. Mr. Andrews was able to get the ticket thrown out with one specific question he asked to the police officer who wrote the ticket. I have witnessed him in trial on a case where the State was attempting to give a young man life in prison. He successfully proved the man’s innocence on the main charge, therefore taking the possibility of life off of the table. In addition to criminal law, any case he takes on, I have witnessed him truly caring about the client as a person. This is hard to find in this industry. Peter is definitely a top notch attorney, will give his honest opinion about a case and will do everything in his power to obtain an amicable outcome for his client. Sadly, what some people don’t understand is, an attorney cannot rewrite the law, they take the law, along with applicable court rulings and make a case for their client. Their job is to ensure that the client’s legal rights are protected and ruled upon accordingly.

I can't remember who referred me to Attorney Andrews but it was the best thing that happened to me. He tackled one of the hardest counties in Florida and won. He brought my son home to me when he had been given many, many years in jail. Attorney took his case all the way up to other Judges, who pr...oclaimed my son as innocent and demanded his immediate release. I have since referred my nephew to him and he save his future by defending him also. He was able to stay out of jail and just get probation and a fine. He referred me to another attorney when my personal problem could be handled by someone with a different specialty. He is great! He even bought pizza for my family when we had to come straight from work without eating. He really cares about people. He is an amazing attorney!
