Truly Professional and Sincere in Every Respect

In late 2019 I employed Mr. John Sharpless to represent myself in a worker's compensation case. He was recommended by notable attorney Mac Greco of Tampa Florida. My first impressions from Mr. Sharpless, and his capable paralegal Lauri Yeoman, were that I had come to the right law group and lawyer to... handle my case. In that first meeting they were both very courteous, patient, and professional. They remained so throughout my interactions with them. They responded to a great number of questions I had in easy-to-understand language. In the following months as my case progressed, neither of them ever seemed hurried to dismiss my seeking of information. That is not to imply that Mr. Sharpless did not initiate contact with me, he did on a consistent basis. I was never in the dark as to how my case was progressing. When the legal action began to draw to a close, it was up to myself as to decide whether to settle with the insurance company or not. Mr. Sharpless presented the facts to me and never pressured me to settle the case or to litigate. In the end, I felt that I received a fair settlement. It is also to be stated that the terms of my contract with The Winer Law Group were more than fair and easy to understand.
