Trustworthy and knowledgeable

Dineen took great care handling my small business's cease & desist situation and made me feel confident that we would find an amicable resolution, which we did! She maintained consistent communication every step of the way and addressed all of my questions and concerns thoroughly, all while being ve...ry direct and realistic about every possible outcome. It was an absolute pleasure working with Dineen and DPW Legal and I will be seeking their services again for my future endeavors!

Highly Skilled - Excellent to Work With!

In 2014, I was looking for an attorney to help me with Intellectual Property Issues (copyrights, trademarks, etc.) for my website business. Thankfully, a colleague referred me to Dineen Wasylik! I had so many questions! Dineen provided a methodical way to put complex issues into everyday terms, s...o that I had a deep understanding of the issues I faced and no longer felt overwhelmed. She was always professional, honest, forthcoming and a pleasure to work with. Off and on, for the next couple years, she was always there to answer my questions; no detail was too small, no question too trivial. In 2018 I decided to sell most of my business assets. I contacted Dineen to see if she could assist. While it wasn’t her specialty, she agreed to be part of the legal team and recommended another attorney to join us. One of the assets being sold was a trademark and I am so glad Dineen was there to handle this important part of the deal. It was not the easiest of times for me, but Dineen was always there with a calm voice of reason, especially when things got difficult. If you seek a highly skilled Intellectual Property attorney, I highly recommend you give Dineen Wasylik a call!

"Dineen Wasylik has extensive experience litigating intellectual property and copyright matters. In RIAA v. Verizon Internet Services, 351 F.3d 1229 (DC Cir. 2003), she helped stop record companies from obtaining private internet subscriber data without court permission, in a case heard by Judge John Roberts, who has since become the Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court. She is one of the few attorneys in the Tampa Bay area who have experience clerking for a federal appellate court, after clerking for federal appellate judge Susan Black of the Eleventh Circuit in Jacksonville. She is able to use that experience to understand how to best present a case to appellate and trial judges alike. Dineen has a keen insight into the legal issues arising in intellectual property cases, both well-settled and newly arisen, and her knowledge, experience, and dedication all serve her clients well."
