She is a dishonest lawyer. She is incompetent and truncates all the processes. She never answers the calls and sends the migration documents late and poorly completed, for this reason they return them and the process takes a long time. I definitely do not recommend it at all. Run away from her and do...n't waste your money. She only wants your money but never help you. From my own experience I can say that it delayed my entire process because it doesn't work well, it doesn't do things well. She destroyed my family. Her advice as a lawyer is terrible because she does not know the immigration laws and advises you in the wrong way, causing you to lose your money and your lose the immigration process. She is a cruel and ruthless lawyer.

I hired Gabriela Riza for my visa, and even though my wife and I paid $ 5000 for our visas, we did not get anything, she advised us badly. We only saw her once when we paid her the first $ 500 installment, but she never wanted to attend again, it was always with her assistants. The staff that she hir...es changes constantly and she moves her offices at every moment. When we went to her office to pay, we always saw people shouting at the front desk demanding results from their cases and claiming their money. Finally, other lawyers told us that the case had been mishandled and that the visa that Gabrila Riza had processed for us was not the correct one, also other lawyers seeing our case were surprised at all the bad advice and practices that were committed with our case, for this reason we want no one to go through what we have. Gabriela Riza made our tourist visas were at stake because all their advice was harmful to our immigration status.

I was off status and trying to get my citizenship after a disastrous divorce. After going to attorneys from Miami to NY they all told me that I need to leave the country and then apply to get back.. All of them required money money money.. But Mrs. Riza was the only one who told me that I didnt have ...to... SO I took ger advice and stayed.. Today I have my citizenship and a US PASSPORT!!!! Man this is the best thing ever... Thank you so much.. Also.. she almost memorizes your case.. make sure to tell her the truth and dont lie about anything cuz it comes UP!!!!! This lady is by far a seven star rated Attorney.. Her prices are fair.. I wish that I knew about the Tampa office back then...
