I just wanted to share this. Donna was able to take over my case when my attorney passed away. I was losing my court case to gain custody of my three kids and as a man its very hard to win, well I won and it was cause of her hard work and dedication to my family and always answering texts, emails and... following up on all requests. So when I say to all the fathers out there, hire her, she is great!

I have not yet hired Attorney Bucholz yet but she has offered me her help willingly and without excitation. I had a phone consultation with her twice about my case. Her staff is ALIVE, they actually answer the calls unlike many of other attorney's offices that you get to talk to a machine. The day ...that I was meant to drive to her office to hire her, I received a call back from another attorney that had learned about my case previously and this other attorney had a reputation to be one of the best, if not the best. That was a mistake on my part. I hired this other attorney and thousands of $ later in a matter of weeks: I am in the square one. I am looking forward to hiring Attorney Bucholz. As other review mentioned. She cares about my situation when I have not even hired her. She is a woman of faith. And for all of us believers, faith is what keep us moving.

I needed advice with certain legal issues, and I contacted Ms. Buchholz. It is the best call I ever made. The counsel I was given was specific and to the point, helping me move forward with confidence and a degree of certainty that I did not have previously. Ms. Buchholz gives you the personal att...ention that makes you feel front and center with your case and/or issues, and I will not hesitate in contacting her again or recommending her to anyone who would ask.

I would definitely recommend Ms Buchholz if you are looking for a lawyer. She represented me in my divorce and in getting custody of my kids. She really fought for me and is very smart and also gave me good advice throughout the whole process, and in the end I do have primary custody of my 2 kids. Ms... Buchholz helped me to be prepared each step of the way, even though I was often caught up in my emotions, she was very informative so that I felt more confident and knew what to expect. She is hard working and very professional. I'm writing this review knowing that both of my kids are under the same roof as me, safe and sound, and Ms Buchholz is one of the main reasons that I can say that.

Ms Buchholz recently represented me in what to me was a very complicated matter, but to her office seemed a simple matter to clear up. Unlike many lawyers I have dealt with she and her staff spend all the time needed to inform me on the progress of my case. At the hearing she arrived early and discus...sed all the elements of my testimony, going over all the details of questions to expect. Her staff did an excellent job with research despite the time constraints and my failure to keep accurate records. I would recommend her to anyone who has a family law issue to resolve.
