Donna Joy Buchholz

I have not yet hired Attorney Bucholz yet but she has offered me her help willingly and without excitation. I had a phone consultation with her twice about my case. Her staff is ALIVE, they actually answer the calls unlike many of other attorney's offices that you get to talk to a machine. The day ...that I was meant to drive to her office to hire her, I received a call back from another attorney that had learned about my case previously and this other attorney had a reputation to be one of the best, if not the best. That was a mistake on my part. I hired this other attorney and thousands of $ later in a matter of weeks: I am in the square one. I am looking forward to hiring Attorney Bucholz. As other review mentioned. She cares about my situation when I have not even hired her. She is a woman of faith. And for all of us believers, faith is what keep us moving.

We were hosed by the state in an adoption when they went back on their word and we were lost. We contacted Donna and were guided through what was happening and what our course of action was and it was not cheap. Knowing our circumstances? Donna dropped her rate and worked with us on a payment plan. S...he took on the state and was relentless in her pursuit of our interests. We finalized the adoption after about 6 months and Donna was there the entire time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Donna for your legal needs.

Ms. Bucholz was not the most expensive attorney I consulted with, but she did do the best job of explaining what I could expect (I paid for a few consultations because I was facing a nasty divorce with a child and many assets at stake). Once I hired her, she clearly cared about winning me a favor...able settlement. Although the divorce took longer than I expected, the settlement was also better than what I expected, so it was worth the wait. If my ex tries to take me to court again over custody, I will be rehiring Ms. Bucholz.

Ms. Buchholz did an amazing job for me. I went to a big law firm before hiring Ms. Buchholz, and all they did was bill me ridiculous amounts of money to do very little on my case and drag things on. I got frustrated and decided to hire Ms. Buchholz instead, and I'm SOOO glad I did! Her rates were mu...ch more reasonable and she got things moving on my case right away! She really listened to me, always had time for me, and was really good at keeping me informed about what was going on throughout the whole stressful divorce process. She fought hard for me in court leading to a favorable outcome for me and my kids. I would recommend Ms. Buchholz to anyone, she is a great attorney!

I was going through a simple parenting plan and trying to come to an agreement. She dragged me through the mud, lied to me, was never available, and told other party very personal info. Held in confidence. When I decided to settle she lost my signed paper work and continued to stack unnecessary addon...s to it. I eventually had to fire her and get the opposing parties lawyer to finish the agreement!!!! Staff rude, never had answers, and didn't listen to my needs.
